You should provide some kind of reminder pamphlet of what we went through during the course. It would have been a great piece to store in the bookshelves at home. After hearing this, we did provide a booklet of tipsheets for awhile and then upgraded that to the full reference book that every student gets now.

The course was great; the only thing is that I expected to have more content on dealing with difficult people on the phone or tips for dealing with people that one does not know.
